Who we are
Mendocino Labs is a wireless engineering firm focused on designing and delivering performant end-to-end connectivity systems. Our work spans RF, RAN, core, cloud, and field operations, with projects deployed in aviation, telecom, and private networks.
Our team includes engineers and operators with decades of experience including Nextel, Motorola, AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, Verizon, Samsung, SmartSky, Ericsson, US Navy, US Marines, and Rockwell Collins. We’ve built and deployed systems for high-speed airborne broadband, LTE/5G infrastructure, spectrum planning, core network design, and operational integration.
